Montessori Essentials for New Team Member: 2 Hours

Designed to support consistent onboarding.  Staff turnover doesn't have to mean starting over. This course helps new team members quickly understand the Montessori approach and equips them with practical skills, communication strategies, and engagement techniques they can apply during their very next shift.

Course Format

• Live sessions offered the last Thursday Monthly, 11:30 am - 1:30 pm Pacific Time

• Live online classes via Microsoft Team's

• Teams links will be sent to registered participants prior to each session
