Shipping policy

The Center for Applied Research in Dementia Order Fulfilment team is dedicated to ensuring that every customer receives their order in a reasonable time frame, with prompt communication on any delays or issues. ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 2-4 business days to process your order. Emails notifications will be sent when the status of an order changes. Add orders@cen4ard.com to your safe senders list to ensure emails from us are delivered. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING AND HANDLING:

Fees apply to orders shipping to locations in the United States. Orders are generally shipped within 2-5 business days using either USPS, UPS, or Fedex Economy or Ground Shipping. Please contact us for alternative shipping options. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping by request. For orders shipping outside of the United States, send us a message containing the shipping address and list of items in your order so that a shipping estimate can be calculated. We will send this estimate to you by email, along with an online payment link if you choose to complete the purchase. Please allow additional time to process international orders.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. CARD is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
